No lockout was seen on the beta: groups ran dungeons back to back. The tables also carry 5 players · daily lockout (★ added in this build); the beta showed no way into it.
The Dalaran dungeon Blizzard announced at BlizzCon 2026, for levels 28 to 33: with the Kirin Tor barrier down, enchantments are failing and demonic energy is leaking in. Blizzard said it is explicitly more than a dungeon and that you get to explore the city, which is what the client's area list shows, since the map carries Dalaran itself, the Fel Grove and a piece of Hillsbrad Foothills. The Group Finder files it at level 28, the bottom of the announced range. Blizzard opened it for testing on 8 October 2026, with build 1.60.1.70291, which changed none of its rows: the map, its two entries and its nine bosses have been in the client since the first beta build, and since 1.60.1.70009 the client also keeps kill statistics for two of the bosses, Shade of the Archmage and Lyn the Ignored. The quests that lead there name the way in, the city's sewers on its northern edge along Lordamere Lake. Alliance players reach it through An Alarming Request and an image of Archmage Modera near the city, whose Heart of Disruption starts from a Dalaran Sewer Key; Horde players fetch a Grimy Key from the internment camp (Key to the City) and carry it into the sewers (Blood in the Streets).

What the beta server told the client about each quest that sends you into City of Dalaran: the task, its objectives, who hands it out and who takes it in where the quest's own wording or the beta log names them, and the rewards, with item names, money and experience from the client tables. ★ marks quests that did not exist in Classic Era; Wowhead has no page for those yet. Every quest also has a page of its own.
