No database has this quest yet: it is new in Forever, and this page reads it from the beta client itself (quest 96987, from the client's own quest cache).

Read from the World of Warcraft: Forever beta: the quest's own text, level, objectives and rewards come from the quest cache the beta client writes, the item names, icons and qualities from the client's tables, and the two ends of the quest from the quest's own wording where it names them, with the title under the name where the creature cache knows it, or from the beta log, with the spot on the map, where the game has shown the hand-over. 145 quests have a page here so far.
