Improved Slam

Warrior · Arms · opens at 25 points spent · 2 ranks

Improved Slam works differently in World of Warcraft: Forever than it does in Classic Era.

Changed in the latest patch (Blizzard's 2 November changes). See the patch notes

Improved Slam ranks in Forever

  1. Rank 1 Reduces the cooldown of your Slam ability by 2.5 sec, the cast time and global cooldown by 0.25 sec, and Slam no longer interrupts or delays your melee swing.
  2. Rank 2 Reduces the cooldown of your Slam ability by 5 sec, the cast time and global cooldown by 0.5 sec, and Slam no longer interrupts or delays your melee swing.

What Improved Slam does in Classic Era

Forever changed this talent. The Classic Era wording is kept here rank for rank so the two can be read side by side. It has 5 ranks in Classic Era rather than 2.

  1. Rank 1 Decreases the casting time of your Slam ability by 0.1 sec.
  2. Rank 2 Decreases the casting time of your Slam ability by 0.2 sec.

Where Improved Slam sits in the Arms tree

Improved Slam is a Arms talent for Warrior. You need 25 points in Arms before the row it sits on opens.
