Find the forge hidden in the Deadmines, and plant the Extra-Destructive Explosives nearby. Then, meet up with Alba Fairmoon at the Deadmines exit.

Description
The source of the poison is likely a large metallurgical forge of some kind. Find a way into the Deadmines and locate the forge, then place the explosives.
I will wait for you in the hills behind Moonbrook. Once you return, we can detonate the explosives. Hopefully with the forge gone, the land can begin to heal.
